Skeletons that wave, spiders that spin their webs and a giant eye that stares back at the crowd. A Halloween drone show gives your city, school or venue a night people talk about all year.
On October 29, 2026, Creative Skies put on a free Halloween drone show over Oceanside High School. The sky turned into a haunted house: a skeleton came alive and waved its glowing red arms, a huge spider spun its web over the city, and a giant eye opened and stared right at the crowd.
A crystal ball revealed a grinning skull, then a haunted castle and a jack-o'-lantern led into the Happy Halloween finale. We filmed it from the ground and sent an FPV pilot diving through the formations, under the skull and into the eye.
Animated skeletons that move and wave, and skulls with glowing eyes.
A giant spider spinning its web across the sky, strand by strand.
An eye that opens, looks around and stares straight at the audience.
Jack-o'-lanterns, haunted castles, ghosts, bats and witches on broomsticks.
Reveals and transformations, like a crystal ball that hides a grinning skull.
School mascots, city seals and sponsor logos alongside the spooky scenes.
Halloween is one of the best nights of the year for a drone show. It gets dark early, families are already out, and the scary characters come to life when they move in the sky.
We fly Halloween shows for cities and parks departments, schools and booster clubs, shopping centers, resorts and casinos, and neighborhoods and HOAs. We handle the design, the FAA airspace approval, the permits and the crew on the night.
A free show that brings the whole town out, with no fire risk and no noise for pets.
Halloween-week games, trunk-or-treats and fundraisers with the school's mascot in the sky.
A Halloween night that brings crowds to your venue and fills social media.
It depends on the number of drones, the length of the show and the custom formations. Most community Halloween shows use 100 to 300 drones. Tell us your date, venue and crowd size and we will send a quote.
Book 2 to 3 months ahead. October weekends and Halloween night itself fill up first, and the FAA airspace approval and city permits take time.
Yes. The Oceanside show flew over a high school. We need a clear take-off area, a safe distance between the drones and the crowd, and approval for the airspace, which we handle.
Yes. There are no explosions, no smoke and no falling debris, so young children and pets can watch comfortably. The soundtrack can play on speakers or on phones in the crowd.
Yes. Logos, mascots, names and messages can be built from drones alongside the pumpkins, skulls and ghosts.
