Can I have a drone show here?

Tell us where, and we'll check the airspace over your venue, look for flight restrictions, and find where a show could launch from.

Where's the show?
An address, a venue name, or a park, anywhere in the United States.
Put the pin where your event will be held.
Drag the map until the pin sits exactly where your guests will be standing. Drones don't take off over a crowd: they launch from open ground nearby and fly toward it, so this marks what the show plays to, not where it lifts off.
Your spot
When would it be?
Flight restrictions come and go by the day and hour, so a date and time let us check what is actually active then. A rough idea is fine.

Finding launch areas…

We're measuring the open ground nearby against the space a show needs.

One click and we'll send everything we found to your email.
One email, sent once: the airspace finding, every restriction we checked for your date, what this area has been closed for before, and each launch area with its size and distance. No newsletter, no sharing your details, unsubscribe in one click.
What this check does and doesn't cover. It's a first look, not a flight clearance. It's enough to tell you whether a show here is straightforward, awkward, or needs a conversation. We checked the airspace class at ground level, the FAA's drone pre-approval ceiling, active temporary flight restrictions, and stadium event restrictions. We did not check:
  • Altitudes and times of day inside a restriction
  • Part-time special-use airspace activation
  • NOTAMs other than TFRs
  • Local or state drone ordinances
  • Permission from whoever owns the ground
Before any show flies, we survey the site and file with the FAA properly.
