We have flown Las Vegas
Hospitality Charitable Foundation · 25 years, over Red Rock
The foundation’s 25th anniversary M.E.N.U.S. gala at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa closed with our drone show: “Welcome to Las Vegas”, the 25th emblem, a portrait of the evening’s honoree and a UNLV tribute, for more than 1,000 guests.
Read the case study →We also took the stage at LDI Las Vegas 2025, the live design and entertainment expo, to show our drone show technology to the industry. Watch it on CS Tube.

Las Vegas events we design for
Resorts & casinos
Openings, anniversaries, holiday nights and VIP events, flown over the property so every guest on the pool deck, lawn or terrace has the view.
Galas & charity events
Honorees’ portraits, sponsor logos and the cause itself, told in the sky as the finale of the night.
Conventions & activations
Product launches, brand reveals and client parties during trade-show weeks, designed around your launch moment.
Weddings & proposals
Names, dates and the question itself, for estate and resort celebrations from Summerlin to Henderson.
Festivals & city events
Large public shows with the soundtrack synced to every phone in the crowd, so the whole audience hears the same beat.
Drones + pyro
Pyro-equipped drones and fireworks together, where the venue and permits allow.
Flying in Las Vegas airspace
Much of the Las Vegas valley sits under Harry Reid International Airport’s controlled airspace. Every show here needs FAA airspace authorization on top of the waiver that lets one crew fly a whole fleet at once. We hold an FAA Part 107 Certificate of Waiver, and for each location we handle the authorization, the site survey, the safety plan and coordination with the venue, so your team only has to choose the date and the story.
Las Vegas drone show FAQ
How much does a drone show cost in Las Vegas?
Most drone light show events in Las Vegas start around $15,000, depending on drone count, show length, choreography and the venue. Get a custom quote.
Can you fly near the Strip and Harry Reid International Airport?
Much of the valley is inside the airport’s controlled airspace, so every show needs FAA authorization. We hold a Part 107 waiver and handle the authorization, site survey and safety plan for each location.
What kinds of Las Vegas events do you do?
Resort and casino celebrations, charity galas, convention activations, product launches, corporate parties, weddings and proposals, private estate events and festivals.
Can the show display our logo or a portrait?
Yes: logos, names, portraits and custom animations. At Red Rock we flew the foundation’s name, its 25th emblem, the Welcome to Las Vegas sign, the honoree’s portrait and a UNLV tribute.
How far in advance should we book?
4–8 weeks for most events. Shows inside controlled airspace, large productions and peak dates (New Year’s Eve, big convention weeks) should plan 3 months or more ahead.
