Every Creative Skies show operates under FAA Part 107 regulations. We hold a rare FAA Hazardous Materials Waiver for pyro drone operations, one of only a handful of companies in the US authorized to fly pyrotechnic drones commercially. We coordinate with local air traffic control and file NOTAM notifications before every flight.
